Thus, in relation to the results of the customer satisfaction survey conducted for the 2018 financial year; This wave reveals that 73% of ONCF Freight customers are satisfied with the services provided in the context of rail freight transport. The commercial relationship and the respect of the environment obtain the best levels of satisfaction.

Also, 79% of ONCF-Freight clients express strong intentions of fidelity to the ONCF and prescription with regard to the ONCF.
