Access on board
Before boarding, our collaborators would welcome you, check your tickets and direct you towards your carriage.
At the start station of the journey, you may access the platform 20 minutes prior to the departure of Al Boraq trains.
To ensure a departure on time, you must be at the platform 2 minutes prior to the set time of departure, at the latest. Beyond this time, access to the platform is no longer permitted.
Our collaborators on board are on hand to ensure your comfort and guarantee a great journey.
Travelers area
Whichever space you choose, first or second class, your journey will be in a pleasant and comfortable setting: dim lighting, air conditioning, air suspension, individual seats with headrests, footrests, fold-down shelves and electrical outlets.
In first class, you benefit from optimal comfort, with spacious, reclining seats and individual lamps. Everything is designed so that you may relax, work or just enjoy your trip.
Luggage area
Aboard Al Boraq, dedicated luggage spaces are available: above the seats, at the end and in the middle of each carriage for your bigger luggage.
