I'd like to know more about the aftersales conditions and the cancellation and exchange options offered by my ticket!

Cancellation
I can cancel my tickets in accordance with the following conditions:

oncf-voyages.ma only allows me to cancel e-tickets. Cancellation of an e-ticket must be made before the departure of the train.
In the case of a round trip, a connection or a multi-passenger journey, I can cancel all or part of the journey.
Exchange
I can exchange my tickets in accordance with the following conditions:

On oncf-voyages.ma, I can only exchange my e-tickets. The exchange for an e-ticket must be made before the departure of the train.
My exchange will be subject to seat availability on the new train. In the event of a price difference, I will either pay the difference or have it refunded.
Missed train
If I miss my train, I can get a new ticket for the same journey and the same comfort in my departure station. This exchange is possible up to 30 minutes after the departure of the initial train, and within the limits of available places.
The above-mentioned cancellation and exchange conditions also apply to tickets purchased in stations at ticket offices or automatic ticket machines. However, I can only cancel or exchange these tickets at the station.
