Your ALBORAQ SEMI FLEX ticket is exchangeable for free once, up to 3 minutes before the train’s departure (30 minutes later at the departure station).
Your ticket is refundable for up to 50% before departure of the train and non-refundable after departure.

Plan your trip in advance and feel free to adjust it as you wish.
Your ALBORAQ FLEX ticket is unlimitedly exchangeable for free, depending on availability and for up to 3 minutes before the train’s departure (30 minutes later at the departure station).
In the event of a price difference, you either will settle the difference or be reimbursed accordingly. Your ticket is entirely refundable up until the day before your trip, and with a 20% charge for same-day travel refunds.

Because an appointment may be cancelled or postponed, chose ALBORAQ FLEX to benefit from unlimited free exchange of your ticket, and a full refund up until the day before your journey (J-1). A 20% charge would be applicable for same-day refunds, before train’s departure.

Are you traveling in a wheelchair ?
“WOULOUJ” rate, 1^st class travel at the price of the 2^nd class
AL BORAQ upgrades your travel and offers you the WOULOUJ rate on all its lines. This rate allows you to travel on 1st class at the price of 2nd class.
You may still request it up until the day before your trip by calling 2255.
You may still exchange it up until the day before departure. It is 50% refundable before departure, but not refundable afterwards.
