Whether I am a daily or occasional traveler, traveling for work, business, leisure, or simply to visit family! ONCF is simplifying my travels even further by launching the new "ONCF VOYAGES" mobile app to help me better plan and manage my travels.
What is the "ONCF VOYAGES" Mobile App?
Simple and practical, the new app has a multitude of features, the main ones are:
- Ticket Purchase: Now, thanks to the new app I can easily purchase my tickets in just a few steps by choosing the route, travel date, comfort level, available fares, and seat number on the train.
- In-app ticket: The ticket will be included in the mobile app and will also offer the option of the downloading.
- Search history: All trip searches made on the mobile app will be saved, allowing me to easily find my most frequent trips.
- Personalized space: The new app will provide me with a personalized space to manage my profiles, my favorite trips, my companions, ….
This, in addition to other features (cancellation, exchange, linking trips to the calendar, assistance, etc.), will allow me to easily plan my trips from the smartphone.
I travel with discount ticket of conventional fares?
If I travel with discount tickets (subscription cards, discount cards) and I already logged into the ONCF database with an email address, I must create a personal account and link my discount card to this email address.
If I don't have an email address in the ONCF database, I can contact the customer relations center at 2255 or the staff at the train stations to complete my profile.
If I use conventional fares for travelling (Social Work Foundations/Associations), I contact my Foundation or association to ensure that I have an email address listed in the ONCF database and link it to my reduced fare to purchase my tickets.
