Vision

Looking beyond its public service mission, ONCF strive to be a company at the service of the public.

To move ahead at the same pace as its customers, ONCF has to anticipate and proceed forward by imposing a single rule of conduct, i.e. the continuation of the company's modernization.

  • In its technical renewal by continuing investment in an up-to-date infrastructure and reliable and comfortable rolling stock.
  • In its internal operation by improving the level of professionalism of its staff members and ensuring healthy corporate financial management.
  • In its commercial endeavors, by adapting an offensive market oriented strategy and offering an integrated and innovative service system.

With the future 1500 km of high-speed lines, we predict 133 million passengers by 2030 vs. Today's 26.5 million.

Values

What are our values?

The answer to this question came to light in conjunction with a meeting between the directors and executives of ONCF organized under the slogan of "Collective Intelligence for Sustainable Performance".

Everyone agreed to place security at the very top of the list of values.

Transparency, commitment, rigor and excellency were also unanimously adopted as strong values conducive to the adherence and mobilization for seeking solutions adapted to problems of mobility, with ourselves remaining one of the those solutions.

At a time when each and everyone is reflecting on his/her contribution to sustainable development, these 5 values strengthen ONCF is it's determination to better serve our country and improve the quality of services, and the daily lives of everyone.
